Fulfillment & Processing
We aim to ship all artwork within 2weeks of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on the size of the release and order volume. As a small studio, each order is carefully handled and fulfilled by hand to ensure quality. All prints are made by Bells Fine art located in Geelong, Victoria.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All limited edition print orders are made on demand and are therefore non-refundable and final sale. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed.
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@candiceperese.com with your order details and photos of the damage, and we will assist you promptly.
