SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All artworks and products are shipped from Australia using trusted carriers.
Processing times may vary depending on the product type, size, and whether it is made to order or in stock.

  • Original artworks and limited edition prints are typically dispatched within 7–14 business days.

  • Made-to-order or custom items may require additional production time, which will be communicated at checkout or by email.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on destination, size, and weight.

  • Where shipping and handling are "Included" in pricing, these changes will be automated at checkout.  These changes are at the discretion of Candice Perese Studio.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect details provided at checkout.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and not included in the purchase price or shipping fee.

We take care to package all artworks securely, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Site including artworks, images, text, design, layout, and graphics is the intellectual property of Candice Perese and is protected under copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content or artwork from this Site without prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use of images or artworks including digital reproductions, merchandise, or derivative works constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

ORDERS

By placing an order on our Site, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • Prices are displayed in your selected currency, inclusive or exclusive of taxes as stated at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unavailability of stock.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be in production or dispatched.

We reserve the right to make changes to pricing, products, and availability without prior notice.

LICENSING OWNERSHIP

When you purchase an original artwork or print, you are buying the physical item only not the rights to reproduce, license, or resell the image for commercial use.

All intellectual property rights remain exclusively with Candice Perese.
This means you may display the artwork in your home, office, or collection, but you may not:

  • Create or sell reproductions of the artwork.

  • Use the image in advertising, branding, or other commercial contexts.

  • Mint the artwork or image as an NFT.

If you are interested in commercial licensing, collaborations, or image use, please contact hello@candiceperese.com for approval and terms.

PRIVACY AND DATA

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

When you make a purchase or subscribe to our mailing list, we collect information such as your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. This data is used solely to process your orders, provide customer support, and improve your experience on the Site.

Your payment information is processed securely through Shopify Payments, PayPal, or other trusted gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
